Faculty of Business Administration and Entrepreneurship

You are welcome to this Faculty as you make your choice to study any of our Courses. Over the years, our Courses have evolved to cover many disciplines in Business, Management, Procurement and Entrepreneurship qualifications as the core business arm of IPAM, University of Sierra of Sierra Leone. Our responsibility as Faculty is training and preparing students for all the related jobs. Our Center of Excellence in Entrepreneurship and Innovation enables graduates to transcend from zero to hero on completion of their courses. There are Three (3) departments that make up the faculty, namely:

1. Department of Human Resource and Management

2. Department of Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain

3. Department of Entrepreneurship and Marketing.

The faculty offers Six (6) undergraduate and Five (5) postgraduate research courses directed at different qualifications from the listed departments. Prominent among the postgraduate degrees are the MBA (thesis, nonthesis and online options), M.Sc. qualifications in Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and Project Management. It also runs a professional qualification on accreditation with the Chattered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS), United Kingdom. The requirements for admission into the undergraduate courses in line with the University of Sierra Leone policies are;

1. A minimum of Five (5) Credits in not more than Two (2) sittings which must include C5 or better in English Language and/or Mathematics, and other related subjects at the WASSCE Examinations or equivalent.

1. Successful completion of an admission selective entrance examinations which is conducted annually by the College.

Below are the admission requirements for all Postgraduate Courses offered by the faculty except the Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Procurement & Supply.

1. At least Second Class, Lower Division in B.Sc. (Hons) or Division Two in B.Sc. (Gen) degrees from universities recognized by the Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) Sierra Leone.
