Program Overview

The Bachelor of Science in Computer Networking course aims to provide students with graduate-level expertise in the fields of Computer Networking. The syllabus covers key aspects of computer networking, and is enriched by modules of a vocational curriculum (Cisco’s CCNA), that would greatly enhance the employability of students that complete the course. Students will be guided to develop and enhance the requisite variety of communication and technical skills related to computer networking, wireless and digital communications; as well as self and life-long learning skills, which should enable them to keep abreast with future developments in these very dynamic and fast-changing fields and to remain proficient throughout their careers. B.Sc. in Computer Networking is offered at the Freetown Campus only

Admission Requirements

Admission to the BSc Computer Networking program is competitive. Prospective students must meet the following requirements:

Academic Requirements

  • WASSCE results or equivalent with at least credits in 5 relevant subjects including Mathematics and English
  • Minimum grade of C6 in English Language
  • Minimum grade of C4 in Mathematics
  • Minimum grade of C6 in other relevant subjects
