Deferment of Studies
Deferment of university studies is the process by which a student formally requests to delay the commencement or continuation of their studies at a university. The student submits a formal request, including supporting documents explaining the reason for the deferment. The university, in its role as the authority, reviews the application and grants or denies the deferment request. If approved, the university shall inform the student of any conditions, such as deadlines for resuming studies or retaining scholarships.
